The Board of Bar Examiners has extended the April 1st filing deadline until Monday, April 15th.  This means that the reduced fee of $700 or $800 will be in effect until 4:30 p.m. on Monday, April 15th.  The May 15th deadline will remain in effect as the final deadline with the associated fees as outlined Board Rule 5.  No applications will be accepted after May 15th.

Delaware does not administer a February Exam.

TO FILE A 2013 APPLICATION TO SIT FOR THE JULY DELAWARE BAR EXAM, YOU MUST COMPLETE THE ELECTRONIC APPLICATION, WHICH WILL BE AVAILABLE IN JANUARY - INCLUDING NEW INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILING.  SEE BOARD RULE 5 FOR FILING DEADLINES AND FEES.

The Delaware Bar Examination will consist of the Multistate Bar Examination (MBE), two Multistate Performance Tests (MPT) and eight essay questions on such subjects as listed in Board Rule 12. In addition the Multistate Professional Responsibility Examination (MPRE) is required (see Board Rule 8 for time restriction).
